A new study shows that human-induced global warming will accelerate the extinction of millions of species. Climate change, air pollution, acid rain, ozone depletion, glacier meltdowns, rising Oceans and sustainable development are the most visible sides of the global warning. Hurricanes and typhoons have grown stronger and longer-lasting as the Earth has warmed, a new study finds.

The hurricane that struck Louisiana and Mississippi was nicknamed Katrina. Its real name is global warming.
